Welcoming Michaela Jupp to the Team
H&H Land & Estates are proud to announce local property specialist Michaela Jupp has joined our Estate Agency team.
With over 20 years’ experience working in the property industry, Michaela has joined us as Residential Sales & Lettings Manager for our Grange-over-Sands branch. Covering the South Lakes region, Michaela will be responsible for advising clients on the sale and rental of their properties, managing present and future portfolios and overseeing the team at the branch.
Hailing from West Yorkshire, Michaela then moved to Lancashire, but has spent the last 20 years in the Lake District and Lancashire area, and is well placed to provide clients with expert advice when it comes to the valuation and the sale of their largest asset.
On accepting the position, Michaela explained that the focus for her next professional move had been to work for a local rather than a national agency:
“I am extremely excited to join H&H Land & Estates in the role of Residential Sales & Lettings Manager. I have worked for several corporate companies and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Estate Agency, valuing caravans and modest homes up to multi-million-pound properties. I am now looking forward to working in such a beautiful place as Grange-over-Sands and beyond. I am eager to drive the business forward by offering a professional and friendly service.
“It’s a very busy time for lettings in the area so I have already streamlined the process there to make it easier internally and for our clients. As for sales, the market is currently quite buoyant, so I anticipate a wide range of new properties coming to the market in all price brackets and in the most fantastic locations. For me, it’s not about the sale but helping people to realise a dream and a new lifestyle. H&H Land & Estates is open 6 days per week and offers accompanied viewings 7 days a week; Michaela is keen to point out that valuations can be flexible to fit around clients’ needs. We are not a 5 days per week, 9 – 5 agency, we want to be as flexible as possible for our clients, who we know have busy lives. This means to meet their needs and provide the highest level of customer service.”
