Tracey Jackson Promoted to Associate Director
We are proud to announce Tracey Jackson's promotion to Associate Director and Head of Land Agency for the North Lakes.
Tracey has stepped into this role to manage the Carlisle Borderway office and expand the client base in West Cumbria, while of course continuing to work closely with her existing clients. With our new offices in Cockermouth and Keswick, Tracey and her team are available to advise clients on a range of issues right on their doorstep.
Tracey lives near Cockermouth with her fiancé on a beef and sheep farm. Farming has always been part of her life, coming from a family of farmers and growing up on a mushroom farm near Thursby. Her knowledge of Cumbria’s rural sectors from both a professional and personal perspective brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Graduating from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Tracey has worked in private practice in Shropshire and in local Government as a surveyor for Lancashire County Council. She joined H&H Land & Estates in 2015 as a Chartered Surveyor having previously worked for the company before embarking on a professional career. Further to this, Tracey is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and an examiner to Northern Group.
On accepting this promotion Tracey Jackson, said:
“I am delighted to have been appointed to the role of Head of Land Agency in the North Lakes and I am excited to strengthen and grow the land agency business.”
Commenting on Tracey’s promotion, Colin Tomlinson, Managing Director of H&H Land & Estates, said:

She demonstrates a great passion for ensuring that our team of professionals provides the highest quality specialist support to help rural businesses to get the best out of their enterprises.”
