H&H Land & Estates Take Home Gold in The British Property Awards - The Cockermouth office of one of the North’s largest rural property advisory firms awarded regional accolade after rigorous judging process.
We are delighted to announce that their Cockermouth office have just won The British Property Award for Keswick & Cockermouth, following an extensive judging period. Awarded to agents who go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service, the accolade is rated via secret mystery shoppers. The title also means the Cockermouth office have now been shortlisted for the national awards, to be announced later in the year.
The British Property Awards provide agents across the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare their service against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. The H&H Land & Estates, Cockermouth team were said to have performed exceptionally throughout the rigorous judging process, and are thrilled to receive the impressive title.
Kate Patrick joined H&H Land & Estates into a newly created role back in January 2021. As Head of Estate Agency, she is responsible for driving business presence and performance across the region. In receiving the Gold award on behalf of the Cockermouth office, Kate said:
