H&H Land and Property was formed when previously known as H&H Bowe, the firm acquired Lanchester based Nicholson and Weston. This commenced a major business expansion as part of the H&H Group’s continued growth and as a result of increased demand for our services across the North East and North Yorkshire.
Nicholson & Weston and H&H Bowe were both two long established names in the Land Agency Sector (in their own rights) and in bringing together the two names, it was decided to rename the company H&H Land and Property, highlighting the strength of being part of H&H with a brand which continues to grow and expand nationally.
H&H Bowe had operated as part of the H&H Group since 1999 under the management of Alan Bowe. However, the Land Agency Business is certainly one the oldest in the North West, established well over 100 years ago, and very much part of the H&H heritage.
